USC’s Sam Darnold shines in (rainy) Pro Day

The forecast in Los Angeles was a 50% chance of rain and a 100% chance of Sammy D showing what he’s made of.

During Wednesday’s Pro Day held on campus at the University of Southern California, Darnold debuted his (multi) million-dollar arm after choosing to forgo throwing at the NFL Combine earlier this month.

Darnold was greeted by his family and friends after proving to members representing all 32 NFL teams that he’s worthy of going early on in the first round of the draft.

Darnold also faced the media after a stellar performance.

Sam going No. 1 overall to the Browns…is it a done deal?
