It’s not a good time to be Seattle Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin right now. Trevone Boykin’s situation looks like may have gone from bad to worse. After being arrested early Monday morning in Dallas, Trevone Boykin may face jail time, and that could mean the end of NFL career.

According to a report from Larry Brown Sports, Trevone Boykin may have violated his probation and could face up to one year in prison. Trevone Boykin latest arrest was his second one in less than two years.

Trevone Boykin was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail early Monday morning. Trevone Boykin is facing charges of drug possession and public intoxication, as reported by the Seahawks Wire.

According to reports, Trevone Boykin was a passenger in a car that crashed into the Sidebar Bar. The car was being driven by a 26-year-old woman named Shabrika Baley.

Police say that the woman was drunk as she pulled out of the parking garage and suddenly backed into the bar. Trevone Boykin was found to be in possession of more than two ounces of marijuana.

Trevone Boykin’s first arrest was back in December of 2015. In the days leading up to TCU’s bowl game, Trevone Boykin was involved in a bar fight. As a result, Trevone Boykin was suspended for the Alamo Bowl.

It was only last year that Trevone Boykin was able to reach a plea agreement in the bar fight incident. Trevone Boykin was placed on probation and under the terms of his probation, Trevone Boykin is required to stay out of legal trouble.

If ever Trevone Boykin violated his probation, he could face up to one year in jail and would be fined $4,000. Monday’s arrest might just prove that Trevone Boykin did violate his probation.

The Seattle Seahawks released a statement, following Trevone Boykin’s arrest, saying that the organization is aware of the situation and are very disappointed. Though it’s not yet official, but based on the Seattle Seahawks’ statement, it looks like Trevone Boykin’s days as a Seattle Seahawks are over.
